1. Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.


2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-returnable items:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized / custom-size bracelets

3. Return Shipping

Because we ship internationally, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method.


4. Exchanges

We accept exchanges if:

  • The size is incorrect
  • You prefer a different item of equal value

Customer pays return shipping; we cover re-shipping after we receive the item.


5. Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the issue

We will send a replacement at no cost.


6. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Processing time: 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
